**Position: HR Business Partner**
**Location: Munich, Germany**

**ROLE**:

- Collaborating with business units and business team leaders to build a strong community to improve the company's growth,
- Implementing high-quality HR practices within the team,
- Working with stakeholders and management and providing HR guidance where appropriate; including recruitment, talent development, performance management and employee relations,
- Managing employee issues.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3-5 years of experience in HRBP roles, preferably in a multinational environment,
- Fluency in English and German,
- Knowledge of German labor law,
- Experience in navigating interactions with local works councils,
- Ability to think structurally and solve problems,
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills,
- Interpersonal communication skills and experience in building relationships at any level of the organization.
