About the Role

GHARAGE Vision Hub is seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Innovation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovation strategies to drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition
  • Lead and manage innovation projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new concepts, products, and services
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and growth
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging creative thinking and experimentation
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in innovation management or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
