Our mission is to unleash the full potential of frontline teams, eliminate operational inefficiencies, reduce costs, and drive a new era of collaboration and automation in frontline teams.

Lumiform leverages a robust inbound marketing approach, focusing on organic growth via content and SEO. By crafting and optimizing thousands of niche-specific landing pages tailored to distinct clusters, we vertically position our horizontal software solution. This content approach is leading to several thousands of new signups each month. We're keen to amplify this growth trajectory together with you.

We are seeking a Head of Marketing (all genders) with a strong background in Content and SEO within the B2B SaaS sector. Ideal for someone with previous team leadership experience in a similar environment, this role is based in Berlin, Germany, and open to those willing to relocate.

You will lead a focused team of 4 members, plus external agencies, tasked with enhancing our marketing strategies. Your goal: consistently boost website visitors by about 10% monthly and improve conversion rates. This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual with medium to high professional experience looking to make a significant impact without the immediate pressure of team expansion.

Tasks

1\. Strategy Development and Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on content and SEO.
- Regularly assess and adjust strategies to ensure alignment with industry trends and company goals.
- Implement new channels to increase signups, MQLs, and conversion rates.
- Help our sales to identify highly qualified leads better and convert them faster.

2\. Website Traffic Growth
- Implement tactics to consistently increase website visitors by 10% month-over-month.
- Analyze web traffic metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

3\. Conversion Rate Optimization
- Develop and execute strategies to improve the conversion rates from website visitors to signups and signups to paying customers.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user feedback to refine the customer journey and enhance user experience.

4\. Team Leadership and Management
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 marketing professionals, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with Lumiform’s marketing objectives.

5\. Content Creation and SEO
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored to our target audience.
- Implement advanced SEO techniques to improve organic search visibility and ranking.

6\. Reporting and Analysis
- Regularly report to the CEO on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay abreast of marketing trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

7\. Budget Management
- Efficiently manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

8\. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Work
- Collaborate with other departments like product, design, tech or sales to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy implementation.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team.

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to be based in Berlin, Germany, or relocate if necessary.
- Proven experience in marketing, particularly in the B2B SaaS sector, with a strong focus on content marketing and SEO.
- Prior experience in a leadership role, managing a team, and working with external agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently grow website traffic
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and methodologies
- Highly motivated with a medium to professional experience level, eager to take on significant responsibilities and drive impactful results.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of developing innovative marketing strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and software relevant to content creation, SEO, data analysis, and project management.
