**Senior Renewals Account Representative (m/w/d)**

Als Senior Renewals Account Representative (m/w/d) arbeiten Sie in mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um die Wartungsverträge, der Ihnen zugeteilten Kunden, fristgerecht zu verlängern und durch regelmäßige Kontaktpflege eine enge Kundenbeziehung aufzubauen. Die Angebotserstellung, der Verkauf von Zusatzprodukten und -dienstleistungen gehören neben dem erfolgreichen Verlängern der Wartungsverträge zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben.

**Das erwartet Sie bei uns**
- Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports für das Mangement
- Fachliche Beratung unserer Kunden bei Fragen zu OpenText Services und Produkten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Professional Services, Sales und Legal Team zur Erstellung von Vertragsverlängerungen und Zusatzverkäufen
- Erfassung von Kundendaten sowie Pflege von Aufzeichnungen und Unterlagen zu allen Transaktion und Verträgen

**Das erwarten wir von Ihnen**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Kundenservice oder Kundenberatung
- Erfahrung im telefonischen Outbound-Vertrieb/Support
- Erfahrung in Vertrags
- und Preisverhandlungen
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und IT-Affinität, Erfahrung mit SAP ist ein Vorteil
- Solide vertriebliche Fähigkeiten, mit Fokus auf den Kunden
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Detailorientierung, ausgezeichnete Organisations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, effektiv in funktionsübergreifenden Teams zu arbeiten
