Are you looking for a dynamic atmosphere to complete your internship and to be able to make a difference from day one? As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for managing our Text Ads Channel, overseeing a substantial amount of ad spend, and maximizing performance through data analysis and optimization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms to drive maximum ROI
- Conduct keyword research, create ad copy and landing pages, and monitor campaign performance
- You will help to shape the strategy for your channel on the basis of analyses leveraging tons of internal data using a diverse set of tools (e.g. SQL (BigQuery), Python, Looker, DataStudio, GSheets) and techniques
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to optimize campaign performance and efficiency
- You will get access to cutting edge GenAI tools like ChatGPT to boost your output and creativity

**What You Need**:

- At least Bachelor degree, ideally in a quantitative field of study: math, sciences, economics, or business.
- Genuine Interest in digital/performance marketing with some hands-on knowledge (internships and / or own projects qualify).
- Intermediate Google Sheets skills for data analysis
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Exceptional attention to details, organized - you can work with large amounts of data, break it down appropriately and look for improvement opportunities
- Open mindset and strong can-do attitude and make things happen in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (C1), both written and spoken
- Knowledge of SQL/GBQ and Python or a willingness to learn
- Experience with Google Ads or other PPC platforms is a big plus
- Experience with using GenAI tools would be an advantage
