Global Customer Service Lead

Be the voice of customer in all E-commerce projects to ensure positive customer experience and clear processes
Play to your strengths:
Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field
6-8 years of experience in customer service or in a relevant field
Hands on experience working in customer service with direct engagement with customers either digitally or in person
Customer centric mindset & approach to work
Strong track record in leading teams & managing external agency resources
Experience in building consistent service models across processes, templates, team structures etc to enable customer service teams
Solid understanding of the key drivers of a positive end-to-end e-commerce shopping experience (across site, deliveries, returns & customer service)
Solution oriented mindset, natural problem solver proactively following through to secure resolution for any topic on hand
A team player with excellent collaboration skills in a multi-stakeholder organization
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Excellent written & verbal communications skills in English & German
Experience in the outdoor sports industry is a plus
