Position: IT Application Engineer SAP Sales Cloud (m/w/d)

Aufgabenbereich

  • Engagierte und herausfordernde Tätigkeit in der strategischen Prozess- und Organisationsberatung mit einem Fokus auf SAP Customer Experience (CX).
  • Mitwirkung an Projekten im Bereich Cloud for Customer (C4C).
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Konzepten, die auf SAP-Technologien basieren, in unseren internationalen Tochtergesellschaften.
  • Übernahme von Teil- und Gesamtprojektleitungsaufgaben.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise in Wirtschafts-Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP CRM (Cloud) Umfeld sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Service und Marketing.
  • Technologische Expertise in SAP C4C ist von Vorteil.
  • Zusätzlich sollten Sie über Integrationskenntnisse mit SAP ERP und SAP CRM verfügen.
