Für einen unserer Großkunden suchen wir derzeit **eine/n Mitarbeiter/ in zur Festanstellung**, der die nachfolgenden Anforderungen erfüllt:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Bearbeitung zugewiesener Tickets via Telefon, E-Mail oder Portal im 1st Level Support
- Fehleranalyse anhand vorhandener Dokumentationen und Priorisierung der Störungen
- Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit nachgelagerten Lösungsgruppen (2nd/3rd Level)
- Kundenservice und Bearbeitung unterschiedlicher Kundenanliegen
- Ausbau und Dokumentation der ITSM-Prozesse nach ITIL, Einrichtung und Wartung neuer IT- und Telekommunikationsgeräte

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support gewünscht, gerne auch Quereinsteiger mit IT-Affinität
- Erfahrung mit Windows Client und Server Betriebssystemen
- Kenntnisse in WLAN Handscannern, Printservern, TK-Anlagen und Netzwerkschränken
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Ticketsystemen, idealerweise Helpline
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
