The Opportunity:
Die VWR International GmbH, part of Avantor, sucht eine geeignete & qualifizierte Person als IT-Support - 1st & 2nd Level m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Bruchsal. Bereichern Sie unser dynamisches Team, um Innovation voranzutreiben. Ziel der Stelle ist die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Supports und die generelle IT-Unterstützung des Standorts Bruchsal.
Ihre Aufgabenbereiche:
- Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen 1st und 2nd Level End User Supports in Form einer IT-Service-Hotline unter Verwendung eines globalen Ticketsystems- Genereller IT-Support des Logistikzentrums Bruchsal- Einrichtung und Pflege neuen IT-Equipments (Drucker, PCs, mobile Endgeräte, etc.)- Betreuung und Überwachung der Client-Infrastruktur- Dokumentation und Kommunikation von Prozessen, Änderungen an der Client-IT Infrastruktur und Software-Rollouts- Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur (Serverräume, Schaltschränke, Verkabelung, etc.)
Was Sie mitbringen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Begeisterung zur Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen & dynamischen Team- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken sowie starke Service
- und Dienstleistungsorientierung- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und Wissen in Client-IT-Infrastruktur Systemen, insbesondere Windows, mobile Endgeräte samt iOS, Softwareverteilung, Active Directory, etc.- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich von Anwendungssoftware wie Office 365, SAP, etc. sowie gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (WAN/LAN, Protokolle und dazugehörige Services)- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
