**Unternehmensbeschreibung**
Als Customer Care Agent in der Telefonzentrale sicherst du die Erreichbarkeit von Axel Springer. Du bist die Visitenkarte des Unternehmens und sorgst dafür, dass Anrufe und E-Mails zu den richtigen Ansprechpartnern gelangen. Mit dem zusätzlichen Skill Media Service unterstützt du die Anzeigenabteilung bei der Aufnahme von Kleinstanzeigen.
**Stellenbeschreibung** Teil der Telefonzentrale von Axel Springer und sorge sowohl am Telefon sowie auch in der E-Mailbearbeitung dafür, dass eingehende Kontakte richtig verbunden und weitergeleitet werden**
- du bist mit der Struktur des Unternehmens vertraut und findest für jede Situation den richtigen Ansprechpartner
- du behältst auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen den Überblick
- du unterstützt die Anzeigenabteilung, erfasst Kleinstanzeigen und berätst Kunden zu den verschiedenen Formaten
- du hast Lust auf Neues und unterstützt die verschiedenen Abteilungen unserer Firma
**Qualifikationen** Teamplayer, der gemeinsam beste Ergebnisse erzielen will**
- du hast Freude am Telefonieren und lässt dich nicht so schnell aus der Ruhe bringen
- du bist in der Lage die wesentlichen Aussagen und das Anliegen schriftlicher Kontakte zügig zu erfassen und entsprechend zu reagieren
- du hast eine freundliche und einfühlsame Umgangsart
- du arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst und selbstständig
- du hast sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit modernen Kommunikationsmitteln, insb. MS Office und kannst dich schnell in neue EDV-Programme einarbeiten du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englische Grundkenntnisse sind erwünscht
