Das Brillenunternehmen YOU MAWO hat sich durch seine besondere Vision längst auf dem Brillenmarkt etabliert: weg von der Massenproduktion und hin zur Maßanfertigung. Dabei wird die Individualität des Brillenträgers mit der Möglichkeit der persönlichen Brillenanpassung unterstützt. Durch die Verwendung einer Infrarot-Scan-Technologie und der Anpassung verschiedenster Parameter steht der perfekt sitzenden Brille nichts mehr im Wege. Der Gesicht-Scan kann direkt beim Optiker vor Ort durchgeführt werden. Hergestellt werden die Fassungen anschließend in der eigenen Produktion in Krailling bei München. Dabei greift YOU MAWO auf die neuste 3D-Druck Generation zurück, die sich Powder Bed Fusion nennt. Diese Technologie ermöglicht ein nachhaltiges Produkt aus einem langlebigen, flexiblen und besonders leichten Material. Außerdem sieht sich das Unternehmen durch seinen technologischen Fortschritt in der Brillenherstellung auch in der Pflicht, diese nachhaltig zu schützen: Seit Januar 2021 gilt YOU MAWO als 100 % klimaneutral in allen Bereichen. Nicht nur die Produktion und Montage findet in Deutschland statt, auch alle Produktionsanlagen, das Grundmaterial und alle Verbrauchsgüter im Finishing Prozess kommen aus Deutschland. Somit werden kurze Lieferwege und ein Produkt garantiert, dass das Siegel made in Germany verdient. YOU MAWO ist mit der Verbindung aus eigener Produktion, Nachhaltigkeit, modernsten Technologien, Design und einzigartiger User Experience Vorreiter für die Brillenindustrie unserer Zeit.

Aufgaben
- Persönliche Betreuung und Ansprechpartner für Kunden: Du übernimmst die Kundenbetreuung und sorgst dafür, dass die Kundenwünsche erfüllt werden
- Korrespondenz und Pflege von Kundendaten: Du bist zuständig für die Korrespondenz mit unseren Kunden und pflegst ihre Daten im System.
- Allgemeine Verwaltungstätigkeiten und Terminkoordination: Du unterstützt unser Team bei allgemeinen Verwaltungstätigkeiten und koordinierst Termine für unsere Aussendienstmitarbeiter.
- Als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden, dem Sales Team und der Unternehmensleitung, übernimmst Du die Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und sorgst für eine zufriedenstellende Lösung.
- Auftragsbearbeitung von Tagesgeschäft, Grossaufträgen und Massbrillen
- Retourenmanagement und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen: Du bist verantwortlich für das Retourenmanagement und bearbeitest Reklamationen schnell und effektiv.
- Händchen im Umgang mit Zahlen und Pflege von Verkaufsstatistiken: Dein Händchen im Umgang mit Zahlen und dein Talent im Umgang mit Verkaufsstatistiken, ermöglichen es Dir die Leistungen unseres Unternehmens stetig zu verbessern und unsere Kunden glücklich zu machen.

Qualifikation
- Sicherer Kommunikationsstil, freundliches und offenes Auftreten
- Zuverlässigkeit, hohe Serviceorientierung
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
- Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit sowie Flexibilität
- Großes Organisationsgeschick mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise und hoher Problemlösungskompetenz
