**Commercial Service Specialist (m/w/d) in** **Vollzeit**
**Deine Aufgaben**
- Kundenzufriedenheit sicherstellen und steigern. Mitwirkung im Zusammenspiel von Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence, Commercial Services. Im Einzelnen:
- Frontoffice: Zeitnahes und korrektes Reagieren auf Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Chat
- Backoffice: Betreuung des Allergika-Außendienstes
- Projekt-Koordination, Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen (Marketing, Vertrieb, Logistik)
- Aktualisierung/Pflege unserer Kundendatenbanken; Kommunikation von Kundenfeedback an Marketing und Vertrieb
- Bearbeiten von Retouren, Gutschriften, Lieferscheinen
- Support bei Dialogmarketing-Aktionen, Responsebearbeitung
**Wir matchen, wenn du**
- eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Gesundheits-/Pharma-Umfeld (PTA, PKA, MFA) hast
- einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung nachweisen kannst
- Erfahrung mit der Anwendung von CRM-/ERP-Systemen besitzt
- eine freundliche und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit, mit exzellenter Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch (Wort und Schrift) vorweisen kannst
- sicher im Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) bist
- eine hohe Prozess-, Lösungs
- und Zielorientierung, sowie präzise und analytische, selbständige Arbeitsweise lebst
- flexibel bist und dir Multi-Tasking-Tätigkeiten keine Schwierigkeiten bereiten
- Empathie, Einfühlungsvermögen und Fingerspitzengefühl zu deinen persönlichen Stärken zählst
- gut (oder super) mit Stress umgehen kannst und Geduld mit schwierigen Kunden dein Steckenpferd ist
