What to Expect

What You’ll Do
- You will be a first line representative or our brand, mission and products and build on a healthy relationship with our network of Tesla Approved Body Shops
- Support answering inbound inquiries by addressing the customers concerns promptly
- Work proactively with the body shop network to reduce K2K times and other critical KPIs and prevent escalations
- Communicate effectively with various departments within the service organization and determine the best course of action to resolve customer escalations in an effective way

What You’ll Bring
- You thrive in an ever-changing and fast-moving environment, prioritize effectively and can manage multiple work streams at once
- Customer-facing personality, yet with a structured approach to processes
- Strong attention to detail, accurate and experienced with administrative tasks
- Superior computer skills and ability to work with MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Superior communication skills, written and oral in English plus basic knowledge of German is required
- You have a basic understanding of automotive terms including those related to vehicle parts and body repair processes
- You like collaborating closely with different kinds of people
- Maintain and perform top level professional integrity and appearance
- Team player able to reach across the whole organization
