JOB DESCRIPTION

Ardensi is a corporate events company offering Live, Virtual and Managed business conferences, summits and webinar platforms to the leading organizations across the globe. Ardensi events are curated keeping in mind the industry’s needs and provide unparalleled access to information, data and learning along with detailed networking opportunities to maximize business potential. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Producing single and multi-stream Live conferences every year
  • Working with (and reporting to) the Production Head to help set the event series’ strategy for the year
  • Identifying new conference topics and commercial opportunities within our portfolios through in-depth market analysis
  • Researching and designing conference agendas that reflect the latest trends in the industry 
  • Developing high-level conference agendas, securing senior industry speakers, and identifying new event revenue streams and formats
  • Recruit and manage speakers and workshop leaders for forums
  • Working closely with the marketing and delegate sales teams to maximize audience and delegate revenue
  • Working closely with the portfolio sponsorship manager to help identify and secure sponsorship sales
  • Contributing to content-led promotion, including social media
  • Identifying and developing digital offerings out of, or related to, your event series
  • Researching competitors’ events through websites, brochures and speaking to competitive speakers in order to add new attendees/speakers to our events and to produce the highest quality agendas possible
  • Be known and seen as the lead contact for the conference
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, thought leaders, industry associations, and media partners
  • Occasional national and international travel for both business development and to run our own events (10 – 15%)
  • Foster new relationships for events with key clients and international and government institutions
  • Creation of content and thought leadership materials including e-books, infographics, reports and analysis
  • Consulting onboard sponsors to establish their promotional strategies and achieve their event outcomes and objectives
  • Managing conferences on-site/Virtual and over-seeing the logistical requirements

 

SKILLS REQUIRED 

  • Excellent qualitative research skills
  • Ability to identify commercial opportunities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to be one-minded and think creatively and innovatively to develop the series of events
  • Business savvy
  • Ability to travel occasionally (EU & US), estimated to be 10 – 15%
  • Fluent written and spoken English required
