**Das erwartet Dich bei uns**:
**Teamleitung**
Als Teamlead kümmerst Du Dich um die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams. Du leitest und unterstützt die Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Live-Kommunikationsmaßnahmen / Events von Freaks 4U Gaming sowie unserer Kunden. Du kümmerst Dich um die fachliche Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams und legst dabei einen hohen Fokus auf operative Exzellenz und Prozessoptimierung.
**Supervising**
Du führst ein Team von Event-Experten, die sich um die Planung und Steuerung von Live-Kommunikationsmaßnahmen kümmern. Dabei legst du großen Wert auf selbstbestimmte Arbeit, eine stimmige Aufgabenverteilung im Team, eine gute Team-Chemie und die stetige Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden. Bei komplexen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen übernimmst Du die Führung und gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran. Dabei schaffst Du eine Struktur, in der Dein Team mehrere interdisziplinäre Projekt-Teams entlang der gesamten Prozesskette - von der Angebotserarbeitung in der Konzeptionsphase über Planung und Organisation bis hin zur Durchführung und Nachbereitung
- Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team entwickelst Du Strategien und kreative Eventkonzepte für diverse Veranstaltungsformate, von Großveranstaltungen bis zu Community Events, Messen(-stände) sowie Studio
- und Livestream-Produktionen
- Du stellst die gelungene Einbindung in die Marketing-Strategie und -Kommunikation unserer Kunden sicher sowie eine perfekte Orchestrierung von Zuschauerevents unserer Esports-Ligen
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung, Qualitätskontrolle und abschließende Evaluierung der Projekte

- Du agierst als Ansprechpartner für Dienstleister, Kunden und Veranstaltungspartner und führst eigenständig Angebotsverhandlungen durch
- Koordination der Zusammenarbeit der Projektstakeholder, von internen Fachabteilungen, externen Dienstleistern und Partnern

**Dein Profil**:
**Erforderliche Kenntnisse**:

- Mind. 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Eventplanung und Umsetzung (idealerweise in der Gaming und E-Sports Branche und/oder Agenturumfeld) und Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Event-Bereich, ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über ein fundiertes Wissen über Gesetze und Vorschriften zur Umsetzung, kannst Verordnungen lesen und diese in die Planung von Veranstaltungen aller Art einfließen lassen
- Du bist ein Organisations
- und Kommunikationstalent mit einer eigenständigen, strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
- Profundes Verständnis von Eventmarketing
- und Live-Marketingaktivitäten
- Du besitzt sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse, sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word und Outlook) und Projektmanagement-Tools (Jira, Confluence)

**Vorteilhafte Kenntnisse**:

- Erfolgreiche Referenzen in der Durchführung von Events, Messen oder anderen Veranstaltungen, präferiert mit anspruchsvoller Technik und aufwändigem Messebau
- Durch deine Erfahrung verfügst du über ein gutes Netzwerk an Dienstleistern im Bereich Messebau, Event-Technik, Netzwerk-Technik und ggf. Ticketing
- Organisations
- und Kommunikationstalent mit einer eigenständigen, strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsstärke, ein gewinnendes Auftreten sowie eine gesunde Portion Humor, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, andere zu begeistern.
- Fundierte kaufmännische Kenntnisse besonders im Bereich Project-Controlling, Angebotsmanagement, Einkauf (Waren wie Dienstleistungen) und Abschlussberichten.
