Das erwartet Dich

Als Team Lead - Sales & Events (w/m/d) unterstützt du standortübergreifend beim Aufbau und der Entwicklung unserer Prozesse und der technischen Infrastruktur. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team verbesserst du die Skalierbarkeit unseres Modells und trägst so maßgeblich dazu bei, dass wir bald weitere Standorte eröffnen können.

Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unseres Sales und Customer Support Teams, das heute aus 5 Mitarbeitenden besteht
- Du bist für den Erfolg des gesamten Sales, Event & Customer Support Teams verantwortlich
- Du treibst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und der technischen Infrastruktur für die Vorbereitung der Eröffnung weiterer Standorte an
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen, hast direkten Kontakt zu unseren Kund\*innen und bist Teil des Teams, das strategische Entscheidungen trifft
- Du schaffst für unsere Kund\*innen eine exzellente Customer Journey vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Event vor Ort
- Du steigerst die Effizienz der Arbeit des gesamten Teams durch kontinuierliche, datenbasierte Prozessoptimierung, konsequente Automatisierung und die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Metriken und Standards

Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit schnell wachsenden Unternehmen und einen track-record in den Bereichen Prozessoptimierung und datenbasierte Analysen
- Verständnis für Sales-Prozesse und Customer Journeys
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Führungskompetenz und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM Tools (Hubspot o.ä.)
- Überzeugung, dass Entscheidungen datenbasiert getroffen werden sollten
- Experimentierfreude, Lernfähigkeit und Hands-on Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
