**Become our Claims Team Lead**:
Join us as a Claims Team Lead and help us make our clients feel appreciated and our products worth using. You will be the **backbone **of our insurtech company, the **farmer of success**, and a **hands-on leader.** You will lead the claims team planting the seeds for our success. If our claims processes work, you are ploughing the fields of gold for us and our customers. Our customers are satisfied, and our products will grow on them, which makes the world of insurance heaps better.
As a Claims Team Lead, you will **lead** and **coordinate** our claims team ensuring a smooth process organisation while being responsible for the team's quality management and compliance with the defined standards.
Fluency in German is essential, as the role involves extensive communication with German-speaking clients.
**About the role***:
- Lead and coordinate our claims team and ensure a smooth process organisation.
- Create regular reports and analyse key performance indicators to evaluate team performance and identify ways for improvement.
- Update existing claims processes and actively contribute to the design of new claims products.
- Provide training and education to our claims team to ensure constant improvement.
- Work closely with other departments to optimise the customer experience.
- Be the central contact person for our partners and take care of effective communication and cooperation.
**What makes you stand out***:
- A bachelor's degree in economics or a similar field or have completed training as an insurance salesman, insurance specialist, business economist, or a comparable qualification (e.g. directly after training).
- Experience in the insurance industry as a claim handler, claims team lead, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A business-fluent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
- Dedication, motivation, and a hands-on mentality to proactively contribute to your team’s success.

**Our hiring process***:
You will have MAX three meetings, and the whole journey will take 1.5 - 2 weeks. After each round, we will let you know whether we’re moving to the next one.
