From information to inspiration. LeGer is the fastest growing personal brand in Germany around entrepreneur Lena Gercke and thus currently the largest self-built, exclusive brand at ABOUT YOU. With the recent spin-off of LeGer, a separate GmbH (limited liability company) has been created with headquarters in Berlin. For this team we are looking for an Assistant Buyer (M/F/d) with immediate effect.
As an Assistant Buyer (M/F/d) for LeGer you will support us in the whole process of collection development. You will get to know the process behind a fast fashion brand and contribute your organizational skills and knowledge of the fashion market.
**Responsibilities**
- Supporting our junior buyers in product development and collection planning
- Item creation and control administration
- Collaborate creatively with the design team and external vendors in the development of seasonal assortments to increase margin and profitability.
- Implement and control sourcing and manufacturing of merchandise.
- Administrative processes from critical path to PO raisin
**Requirements**:
- Completed business or têxtile management studies.
- Experience within a product development role is a plus
- Confident handling of MS Excel.
- Ideally first experience in negotiating prices
- Hands-on mentality with a motivated mid set.
- Proactive and reliable in meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills
- Enthusiasm and passion for fashion
