About this role

The Marketing Budget Optimization Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Acquisition and Brand Marketing departments. This includes creating Purchase Orders, collecting and organizing invoices, managing monthly channel spend, reconciling accounts, and ensuring that all invoicing related tasks are accurate and timely. The Invoicing Manager will also be responsible for working with other departments within Marketing and Finance in order to resolve any budget, spend or billing issues that may arise.

This position si open through a 24 months contract.

As a Marketing Budget Optimization Coordinator, you will..
- Create and share Purchase Orders for all marketing functions. Track their usage and close them depending on budget used and quarter ends. Keep a tight management of Purchase orders across EU4.
- Manage Marketing spends across all channels and map them against plans. Lead on Accruals to reconcile budgets at the end of the month in EU4.
- Ensure invoicing is accurate and timely. Drive transparency on which invoice is received, reviewed and paid.
- Resolve any billing issues that may arise and focus on implementing a rigorous process that would reduce future issues.
- Work with Brand marketing and finance departments to resolve any invoicing issues.
- Provide reports on monthly spend, monthly acrruals and invoicing activity.
- Maintain customer relationships: Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are updated on the process and informed of any issues that arise.

Basic Qualifications
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in invoicing management.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and billing software.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
