**Stellenbeschreibung**
- Steuerung und Umsetzung der definierten Vertriebsziele
- Personelle und organisatorische Planung der Vertriebskanäle: z.B. Infoabende, Point of Sales, Infomobile sowie sonstige Veranstaltungen (intern und extern)
- Steuerung hinsichtlich Ziele, Budget und Qualität (intern und extern)
- Umsetzung von Verkaufsförderungsmaßnahmen
- Koordination und Steuerung der lokalen Vertriebspartner sowie die Ausbildung von internen und externen Vertriebsmitarbeitern
- Aktive Unterstützung unserer Projektmanager im Vertrieb FTTH
**Qualifikationen**
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Vertrieb von technischen Produkten
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb / Verkauf
- Idealerweise fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Point of Sale, D2D und/oder im b-to-c und b-to-b Geschäft sowie in der Telekommunikation
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Selbstständigkeit, Verhandlungssicherheit, Engagement und Flexibilität
- Gepflegtes und sicheres Auftreten, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie gutes technisches Verständnis
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft
