**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Repräsentieren des Hauses sowie Vertreten des Managements
- Professionelles und selbstständiges Erledigen administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben
- Erster Ansprechpartner in operativen sowie administrativen Personalangelegenheiten
- Hauptverantwortung für das bedarfsgerechte Recruiting
- Unterstützen beim Forecasting sowie Erstellen des Personalbudgets
- Planen und Entwickeln von Personalentwicklungs
- und Trainingsmaßnahmen
- Betreuen und Fördern der Auszubildenden, Dualen Studenten und Praktikanten
- Verwalten des Personalhauses und der angemieteten Wohnungen
- Führen von Bewerbungsgesprächen
- Betreuen und Beraten aller Mitarbeitenden vom Onboarding bis hin zum Offboarding
- Überprüfen der Dienstpläne sowie der Arbeitszeit
- und Jahresurlaubskonten
- Erarbeiten und Umsetzen von HR-Projekten
- Beraten des Hoteldirektors und der Führungskräfte in allen personalwirtschaftlichen, arbeits
- und sozialrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Daily Business: Ansprechpartner des Personals in allen Belangen
- Setzen von Impulsen zur Weiterentwicklung und Förderung unserer Unternehmenskultur
- Entwickeln und Umsetzen von Recruiting & Employer Branding Konzepten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Lohn-Buchhaltung und unserer externen Lohnverrechnung
- Erstellen und Reporten über relevante Personal-Kennzahlen
- Planen und Durchführen von Mitarbeiter Events
**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Vertiefung Personal oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich mit Führungsverantwortung
- Sicheres Auftreten und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Stark ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Integrität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Fachkenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs
- und Arbeitsrecht
- Organisationstalent und Teamgeist
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, positive Ausstrahlung, gute Umgangsformen und ein Gefühl für unsere Mitarbeiter
