**As **H**People & Culture Director** you will be responsible for**:

- Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with Tion’s overall objectives
- Providing strategic guidance to the executive team on talent acquisition, employee development and engagement
- Leading the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding, and collaborating with hiring managers and the executive team to define the hiring strategy
- Acting as a point of contact for all employees and manage employee relations
- Implementing and managing HR policies and overseeing all HR-related processes, including performance management, payroll, training and development, engagement and retention, and talent acquisition
- Owning the monthly reporting on key HR metrics and preparing reports and presentations including participating in and presenting to the HR Committee
- Ensuring HR practices and policies comply with regulations
- Leading a team of one full-time team member and an intern

**For this role, ideally, you bring**:

- At least five years of work experience in multiple HR-related areas
- Experience and expertise in various HR domains with strong exposure to recruiting
- In-depth knowledge of German employment law and regulations
- Great passion and motivation to have a lasting impact and an entrepreneurial and performance-driven mindset
- An impeccable academic track record
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive projects end-to-end and work within in highly digitized workflows
- Prior experience in leading a team is considered a plus
- A structured way of working and a team player mentality
- Strong skills in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Language skills in Spanish, Italian or Polish are considered a plus
