In the 1950s, global trade changed for good. The invention of the standardized container suddenly meant that transporting goods across the world became affordable. And with that, paved the way for globalization and global wealth. But contrary to the container, most surrounding processes have not been standardized nor innovated—and are still frustratingly complex, manual, and error-prone.
That’s why our ambition is to use technology to simplify the logistics of global trade, making the processes around the container as simple as the container itself. We do that by providing a neutral infrastructure that connects all logistics companies to remove friction and create economic opportunity.
Head of People Partnering & Operations (f/m/d)
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-energy Head of People Partnering & Operations to take ownership of shaping and driving our people strategy. You will be partnering up with the leadership team enabling them to achieve their short and long-term business goals.
As our Head of People Partnering & Operations, you will work in close collaboration with our VP of Talent and our founders to create a world-class employee experience backed up by a stellar people operations function. You will be the go-to person and sparring partner for the leads helping them build up high-performing teams.
**Requirements**:
Your responsibilities in a nutshell
- Create a stellar operational people backend as well as an exceptional employee experience, while assuring legal compliance and scalability
- Build strong relationships with the leadership team, being their go-to person & sparring partner, navigating them through all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Advise and assist the leadership team with building consistently high performing teams through proactive performance management & workforce planning
- Enable the leadership team to build and constantly grow meaningful career paths for all employees at xChange with an effective feedback culture
- Support in establishing a competitive compensation structure for each function and seniority levels
