Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unsere Serviceplan-Agentur "AI LAB" einen Director AI Consulting (all genders) am Standort München.

Als Director AI Consulting bei unserer neuen Serviceplan-Agentur "AI LAB" übernimmst Du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Entwicklung und Optimierung strategischer Geschäftsmodelle sowie der Einführung innovativer KI-Produkte. Du analysierst Markttrends, bewertest wirtschaftliche Auswirkungen und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen, um die Implementierung von KI-Lösungen zu optimieren und unser Wachstum zu fördern.

Was dich bei uns erwartet:

- Du leitest die Entwicklung und Markteinführung innovativer KI-Produkte und Services, basierend auf gründlichen Marktanalysen und Kundenfeedback
- Du analysierst und richtest das KI-Produktportfolio entlang unserer KI-Initiativen und -Strategien im Gesamtgeschäftkontext aus
- Du erkundest und bewertest systematisch neue Markttrends und Technologien im Bereich künstlicher Intelligenz und anderen Zukunftstechnologien für die Marketing
- und Kommunikationsbranche
- Du koordinierst und kooperierst mit cross-funktionalen Teams und Geschäftseinheiten, um die Implementierung von KI-Lösungen zu optimieren

Was wir von dir erwarten:

- Du hast mindestens drei bis fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Beratungs
- oder der Start-Up Branche
- Du bringst greifbare Erfahrungen in der Projekt
- und Geschäftsmodellimplementierung mit
- Du bist Experte für funktionsübergreifende Teamarbeit
- Du bist ein starker Kommunikator und exzellent im Aufbau zwischenmenschlicher Beziehungen
- Du denkst kritisch und analytisch und hast eine offene Einstellung gegenüber neuen Entwicklungen und Herausforderungen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung: Erste Erfahrungen in der AI-Industrie und die Bereitschaft, dich tief in dieses Thema einzuarbeiten
