**Job Description**:

- Assist in the development and documentation of internal processes, guidelines, and reports related to customer experience
- Support the maintenance and management of customer experience tools and systems to ensure they are functioning effectively
- Conduct research and data analysis to prepare for internal and external stakeholder workshops, and contribute to discussions with valuable insights
- Conduct market research efforts to identify industry trends and best practices related to customer experience
- Maintain and organize the Customer Experience TeamBase Page, including updating documentation and creating new content
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external meetings and workshops related to customer experience
**Qualifications**:
- Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in the field of business administration, economics, marketing or any other related field
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Customer-centric mindset and passion for improving the customer experience, including the ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer and advocate for their needs
- Analytical skills and experience with data analysis
Additional Information
- Contract location would be **Göppingen, Germany**:

- Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h/week and 1.112,00€ for a 16h/week, and our Interns 1.200,00€
