**ZU DEINEN AUFGABEN GEHÖREN**:

- Fachliche Verantwortung für Produkt, Kommunikation, Vermarktung, Distribution und Rollout eines Software (Teil-)Produkts im Sales-Umfeld
- Projektplanung, -steuerung und -kontrolle von Produkt-Entwicklungsprojekten mit Fokus auf Datenthemen
- Fachliches Führen der Projektmitglieder und Steuern der beteiligten Dienstleister
- Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Projekten sowohl im agilen als auch im klassischen Projektmanagement
- Anforderungsmanagement und Lösungskonzeption im Projektteam
- Analysieren und Bewerten von strategischen Optionen, Identifikation von Handlungsfeldern
- Definition und Setup des Businessmodels und Sicherstellung der Wirtschaftlichkeit des Produkts (z.B. Businesscase, Definition Lizenzmodell,)
- Erstellen von Epics und User Stories, Pflegen des Produkt Backlogs

**DU BRINGST FOLGENDE QUALIFIKATIONEN MIT**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen bzw. technischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit umfangreicher Berufserfahrung als IT-Projektmanager/ Analyst, Product Owner oder IT-Consultant
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse und Praxiserfahrung in aktuellen Projektmanagement-Methoden (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc.) und im agilen Anforderungsmanagement (MVP, BPMN, Mockup)
- Projektmanagement Zertifizierung (IPMA, PMI, Prince2 o.ä.) von Vorteil
- Hohe IT-Affinität und Kenntnisse bzgl. aktueller IT-Technologien, Digitalisierungstrends und Software-Entwicklungsprozessen
- Tiefes Verständnis von Datenthemen (Predictive Analytics, Data Mining, Business Intelligence, Big Data, CRM) und Erfahrungen in entsprechenden Projekten
- Sicherer Umgang mit Projekt Management Tools und IT-Tools, vorrangig Confluence und JIRA
