Vendor Account Specialist Intern

**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
The Vendor Account Management team is a crucial element of the operation and is responsible for ensuring business continuity. Our team acts as a link to our Vendors, and we are the owners of the communication regarding access management and invoices.

**INCLUSIVE BY DESIGN**:
**WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**:

- You will be responsible for Access Management topics including the creation and deletion of accounts, as well as troubleshooting related to access for users.
- You will assist in invoicing tasks, ensuring that we make correct and timely payment to our Vendors.
- You will work with accruals and contribute to the projection of monthly costs.
- You will create clear guidelines to document all processes.

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- You are proficient in Google Suite.
- You have experience in the creation of guidelines and how to/walk-through documentation.
- You demonstrate clear communication skills in English (both written and spoken) (German is a plus)
- You have a keen eye for details, like to think solution-oriented and outside of the box, and are able to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing and international environment
