**(Senior) Associate Finance und Strategy (m/w/d) bei der Bertelsmann Education Group**

**Deine Aufgaben**

Als (Senior) Associate im Bereich Finance und Strategy (m/w/d) bei der Bertelsmann Education Group am Standort Berlin bist du für die folgenden Aktivitäten verantwortlich:
**Finance**
- Du erstellst monatliche, vierteljährliche und jährliche Finanzberichte unserer Division für den Bertelsmann Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat
- Du erstellst Finanzmodelle und führst andere datengestützte, quantitative Analysen im Zusammenhang mit bestehenden oder neuen Investitionen selbständig durch
- Du unterstützt bei diversen Compliance Themen, unter anderem die divisionale Berichterstattung des Risiko
- und Kontrollumfelds, Begleitung interner Revisionen unserer Portfoliounternehmen und Prozessverbesserungen beim Management der Risikoberichterstattung sowie der internen Kontrollsysteme

**Strategie**
- Du identifizierst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Wertschöpfungsstrategien und bereitest diese für unser Management auf, um dieses bei der Entscheidungsfindung zu begleiten
- Du unterstützt das Strategie-Team bei M&A Aktivitäten (vom Deal Screening bis zur Post Merger Integration)
- Du leitest strategische Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management unserer Portfoliounternehmen

**Dein Profil**

Du hast Dein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit sehr guten Noten abgeschlossen. Dein Profil wird abgerundet durch:

- Erste Berufserfahrung im Rahmen von Praktika, oder (Senior) Analysten oder (Senior) Associate Positionen, idealerweise bei renommierten Unternehmen in den Bereichen Audit, Transaktionsberatung, Strategieberatung, Investmentbanking oder in führenden Unternehmen aus der Industrie
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzanalyse, Unternehmensbewertung, Financial Modeling und Marktanalyse
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
- Hervorragende Englisch
- und gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Leidenschaft Unternehmen bei den Wachstumszielen zu unterstützen und ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen internationalen Reisen
- Auslandserfahrung von Vorteil
