Analytics Engineering is a vital area at Wolt, and now we’re looking for an **Analytics Engineering Lead** to head up our brand-new team in **Helsinki, Stockholm, or Berlin**.

At first, the Data Horizontals team will consist of two senior analytics engineers, but in the future, we hope this team to grow further, so this is just a starting point

The team will focus on various domains at Wolt - this is a unique opportunity to experience different sides of the business and expand your knowledge beyond one specific domain.

We are looking for a lead who would split their time 50/50 between hands-on work and team leadership. While the role will be more hands-on initially, the time used for team leadership may increase as the team grows. In general here at Wolt, we value doers so even in senior leadership roles we value that if need be you can do the hands-on work.

You’ll also need to be the representative of your function towards the rest of the organization, so strong communication and presentation skills are needed. As analytics is a team effort you have to be a cultural leader that cares for the wellbeing and constant improvement of your team members.

**Qualifications**
- 4+ years of experience in data-related roles - data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics engineering.
- ** 1+ years of leadership experience.**
- Expertise with **SQL** and **ETL tools (Airflow, dbt, or similar)**.
- Experience building intuitive data visualizations and dashboards that influence business decisions, utilizing tools like **Tableau, Mixpanel, Looker,
