**Business Partner Labour Law (w/m/d)**: in Voll
- oder Teilzeit.
Als Business Partner:in mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitsrecht übernimmst Du die Betreuung und Beratung unserer Führungskräfte zu allen personalwirtschaftlichen Themen von Eintritt bis Austritt.
**Deine Mission**:
- Du berätst und betreust Führungskräfte in allen arbeitsrechtlichen sowie personalwirtschaftlichen Angelegenheiten
- Du stimmst personelle Einzelmaßnahmen unter Einbindung aller relevanten Schnittstellen ab
- Du arbeitest mit unseren Store Managern und den örtlichen Betriebsrät:innen eng zusammen
- Für die Bearbeitung arbeitsrechtlicher Fragestellungen und Grundsatzthemen sowie die Vorbereitung von Entscheidungen bist Du verantwortlich
- Die Übernahme von konzeptionellen Aufgaben zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Personalarbeit fällt in Deinen Aufgabenbereich
**Das bist Du**:
- Du hast optimalerweise ein rechtswissenschaftliches Studium absolviert, alternativ bist Du Wirtschaftsjurist:in oder bringst einen Masterabschluss mit HR Bezug und arbeitsrechtlichem Schwerpunkt mit
- Nach Deinem Abschluss hast Du mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Arbeitsrechtsabteilung oder dem Personalbereich eines Unternehmens gesammelt, optimalerweise in einer beratenden Rolle
- Du verstehst es hervorragend aus rechtlichen Grundsätzen praxisrelevante Lösungen abzuleiten
- Du begeisterst Dich für Mode und interessierst Dich für die aktuellen Themen und Herausforderungen des Einzelhandels
- Du verfügst neben Deiner rechtlichen Expertise über ein gutes Zahlenverständnis, hast eine hohe digitale Affinität und wendest das MS Office-Paket sicher an
- Durch Deine aufgeschlossene, positive und kommunikative Art gewinnst Du schnell das Vertrauen Deine:r Kolleg:innen und Ansprechpartner:innen
- Darüber hinaus zeichnen Dich eine strukturierte, von einer Hands-on-Mentalität geprägte Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationsgeschick aus
