We’ve historically operated as a (native) Mobile First company and see the Web as an underleveraged component of our product portfolio. We’re looking for a strong Senior Product Designer to join us in re-shaping the user experience into a seamless, effective and lovable experience for our customers on the web.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work across our **Web Domain** - a collection of 3 teams focused on SEO, tackling web experience, and refreshing the UI. Together you’ll explore the role web plays in our user lifecycle for different segments of customers. Through qualitative and quantitative data combined with extensive experimentation - you’ll help craft the vision of the web and its position in the overall ecosystem.

We’re also looking for a **Senior Product Designer** who can act as a domain expert on the web and who is comfortable sharing web domain knowledge across the design chapter. Designers in other squads will look to you for advice on best practises, design guidelines and reviews.

**Your mission**:

- Deliver high quality responsive designs in a high-impact domain, working with cross functional partners to ensure that design deliverables are realised as fully functional, easy to use features that solve real needs for our customers.
- Sharing a customer-centric approach with your interdisciplinary team to reach shared understanding on how to improve the customer experience
- Helping to re-define and enhance our web channel as part of our continued businesses growth through a deep understanding of our users and the role the web channel plays in their experience with Delivery Hero’s brands (foodora, foodpanda, Yemeksepeti)
- Bring a discovery mindset to the team, running experiments to drive insights on users’ behaviour to optimise the long-term value of the web channel.
- Collaborating across all phases of the design process: conceptual design, prototypes, validation of usability and feasibility, creating production ready designs and implementation.
- Articulating design decisions by leveraging experience, research and data to build consensus to move the product process forward.
- Inspiring, pushing creativity, questioning established thinking and identifying industry best practices to contribute to the creation of an outstanding experience.
- Working with our design system and development partners to ensure high quality implementation.
- Work horizontally across other Product Teams in Delivery Hero - helping steer cohesion throughout the offering to our customers.
- Extending your influence across our design chapter by sharing your skills and insights.

**Your heroic skills**:

- 5+ years of experience as a (consumer) product designer, working in cross-functional teams to build and iterate experiences for customers.
- Portfolio demonstrating a user-centred design approach, complex problem solving skills and attention to detail
- User-centric focus with a strong understanding of designing consumer platforms.
- Experience working with Figma and prototyping tools (eg. Protopie, Principle).
- Worked on products/services across multiple platforms (web is essential).
- Experience working with or contributing to a design system.
- Collaborative, proactive attitude and ability to maintain a structured working style in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills. You need to be able to clearly and concisely express yourself and explain your ideas.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to deliver a polished product.
- Enthusiastic team player who empowers and motivates team members
- Fluency in English is required.
