**A Snapshot of Your Day**
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future leadership of our organization. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the executive and leadership development programs, as well as establishing effective succession management strategies to ensure a pipeline of exceptional leaders at all levels of the company. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of talent development and succession planning within a global context.

- Provide guidance and support to senior leaders in modeling and reinforcing desired leadership behaviors throughout the organization
- Leadership Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global leadership development strategy aligned with the company's vision, values, and long-term objectives
- Design and execute leadership programs that cater to diverse leadership levels, including executives, senior leaders, high-potential employees, and emerging leaders
- Identify key competencies and skills required for leadership positions and integrate them into development programs
- Executive Development Programs:
- Collaborate with senior executives and HR BPs to identify the specific development needs of current and future executives.
- Create and deliver executive development programs that enhance leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, decision-making, and change management skills.
- Succession Management:
- Run and evolve a robust succession management framework that identifies, assesses, and develops early and senior high-potential individuals for critical leadership roles
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify key roles and build a talent pipeline to ensure seamless succession planning
- Regularly review and update succession plans based on business needs, organizational changes, and individual performance.
**What You Bring**
- The foundation of your career is a successfully completed university degree (bachelor, preferred master’s degree) in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development roles, preferably within a multinational corporation.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful leadership development programs and succession management initiatives.
- Strong understanding of global business dynamics and experience working with diverse cultures and leadership styles.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal, communication and presentation skills combined with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in talent assessment tools and methodologies, relevant certifications in leadership development or talent management are a plus
- You can balance big picture thinking with detailed implementation of initiative and you are a clear communicator and able to facilitate and work with different personalities, cultures and levels of experience
- To work with your team all over the world you are sensitive to different cultures, willing to work across time zones and you are open to travel you must have worked in roles with global scope
