Wir sind eine inhabergeführte Kommunikationsagentur mit digitalen Wurzeln und über 250 Mitarbeiter:innen an sechs Standorten. Gegründet 2004. Weit, weit im Osten und mittlerweile im Westen angekommen. In Berlin, Dresden, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart und Gütersloh. Unsere Kunden: Ministerien und Verbände, Hidden Champions und die Leuchttürme der deutschen Wirtschaft.
Wir entwickeln Kampagnen, digitale Plattformen und redaktionelle Konzepte - von der strategischen Kernidee bis zur technischen Umsetzung.

**Was zu tun ist.**:
Dich erwartet eine führende Rolle in einem festen Team, welches für das gesamte Content Marketing einer großen gesetzlichen Krankenkasse zuständig ist. Du bist die übergeordnete Ansprechperson für den Etat im Tagesgeschäft, stellst das zentrale Bindeglied zwischen Kunde, Agentur und Partnern dar und steuerst und entwickelst den Key Account.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die strategische und konzeptionelle Kundenberatung und -planung (unterstützt durch die Projekt-Leads im Team), die Entwicklung von Strategien zur Erreichung der mit dem Kunden definierten Ziele, die Supervision und übergeordnete Qualitätskontrolle des Account-Teams. Zudem stehst du in regelmäßigem Austausch mit Strategie, Redaktion und Kreation und übernimmst, unterstützt von Account Management und Job Controlling, die übergeordnete Budget
- und Ertragsüberwachung. Außerdem obliegen dir die Ressourcenplanung und die Koordination der langfristigen Personalplanung für das Account Team (ca. 30 Mitarbeitende) und dessen Entwicklung.
**Was du mitbringst.**:
Du bist eine Führungspersönlichkeit mit mindestens fünf Jahren Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung im Bereich Print-/Online-Kommunikation und Content auf Agenturseite. Du bist bewandert in der konzeptionellen Entwicklung, Planung und zielgerichteten Steuerung von Inhalten und verfügst über fundierte praktische Kenntnisse in der Content-Planung und im Projektmanagement sowie dem Einsatz entsprechender Qualitätsmanagementsysteme und -methoden.
Du hast bewiesen, dass du Teams empathisch und kompetent führen kannst. Gleichzeitig denkst du wirtschaftlich und ergebnisorientiert. In der Planung und Kontrolle von Projektbudgets bist du versiert. Dich zeichnen Organisationsstärke, ein sicheres Auftreten und Verhalten im Zusammenspiel mit diplomatischem Geschick in Gesprächs
- und Verhandlungssituationen aus. Und du kannst sofort mit uns loslegen. Mit richtig viel Bock.
