**Your mission**:

- Oversee and drive the further development of the DCS Compliance Management System
- Further develop and coordinate the company-wide Risk Management Process and manage legal & compliance risks and their mitigation
- Communicate effectively on all levels to obtain buy-in to compliance goals and advise senior management and all employees on all compliance related matters
- Develop and implement compliance-related company policies and procedures and ensure that these are embedded in day-to-day business activties
- Further develop effective unit governance structures and procedures for compliance oversight and management, including accountability for compliance responsibilities
- Conduct regular compliance trainings and run a sound compliance communication strategy
- Given the respective knowledge or wish for further professional development we offer the opportunity to take responsibility for implementation and steering of the internal control system (ICS)

**Your profile**:

- Degree in economy or law as well as profound knowledge in applicable relevant international and local anti-corruption laws and standards
- A minimum of 3 years of professional business experience in the field of compliance
- Ability to understand legal and relevant complexities and to explain it
- Management and leadership skills, including the ability to articulate our standards and expectations as outlined in the relevant policies and codes
- Fluency in both German & English is mandatory
