Overview of Role

Für unser Global Advisory Team mit über 120 Mitarbeiter:innen in Frankfurt am Main suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Head of Office Operations, GA Germany (m/w/d).

Mit über 80 Bankern gehört Rothschild & Co zu einem der größten Financial Advisory Teams in Deutschland. Dabei liegt die Spezialisierung von Rothschild & Co Global Advisory auf der Beratung bei Unternehmensfusionen und -übernahmen, wie auch bei Börsengängen sowie bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Finanzierungskonzepte und bei Restrukturierungssituationen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Unterstützung und intensive Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung / des Executive Committees
- Sie berichten an die Geschäftsführung
- Strategische Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Rothschild & Co Wealth Management Deutschland
- Projektmanagement sowie Ansprechpartner/in für globale Initiativen und Anfragen der R&Co Gruppe aus den Standorten London und Paris sowie bei internen Audits
- Gebäudemanagement in enger Kooperation mit unserem Vermieter, einschließlich Überprüfung und Optimierung der Nebenkostenabrechnungen und der Instandhaltung unserer Büroräumlichkeiten
- Standort-Planung, einschließlich eingehender Prüfung der Office-Location mit sämtlichen Optionen - sei es die Vertragsverlängerung oder das Erschließen alternativer, lokaler Standorte - in strategischer Zusammenarbeit mit externen Beratern
- Ansprechpartner/in für unsere PR-Agentur in enger Abstimmung mit dem R&Co Kommunikationsteam in London
- Verantwortung für das Environmental Reporting
- Mitglied des globalen R&Co Group Environmental & Health Teams
- Ansprechpartner/in bei der Auswahl und Beauftragung von Lieferanten und Dienstleistern, inklusive Preisverhandlungen und Due Diligence vor der Mandatierung
- Verantwortung für das Travel Management in Kooperation mit unserem externen Dienstleister
- Versicherungen lokal und auf der Ebene der R&Co Gruppe
- Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Firmenwagen-Policy
- Verantwortung für die Gewährleistung der Sicherheit unserer Büroinfrastruktur, der Geschäftskontinuität und des Krisenmanagement-Teams, inklusive regelmäßiger Aktualisierungen und interne wie externe Koordination mit unserem Dienstleister für arbeitsmedizinische und sicherheitstechnische Betreuung
- Gezielte Steuerung der IT-Belange, inklusive Genehmigungsverfahren, Bestellungen und ggf. Eskalationen nach London und / oder Paris
- Prüfung und Genehmigung eingehender Rechnungen in enger Kooperation mit dem CFO
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Finance, Legal & Compliance, IT und HR
- Personalverantwortung für Personal Assistants, Reception, Head of IT, Head of Presentation Unit

Education and Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (MSc von Vorteil), vorzugsweise in Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- 5-10 Jahre Erfahrung, idealerweise in der Finanzbranche
- Nachweisbare Expertise in der Rolle im Bereich Operations, im Office Management oder einer vergleichbaren Position
- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Souveräner Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen
