**Job Description**:
Turner & Townsend is seeking to appoint an established, progressive Professional to lead our Data Centre activity in Germany, based in Frankfurt. The successful individual will oversee an established Data Centre practice and team in Frankfurt and across Germany, and will be highly motivated to further develop this, taking our operations to the next level of maturity. The individual will report to our Head of Data Centres Europe.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Develop and maintain Senior Executive level relationships with our valued clients
- Develop, mentor and grow a very talented and high-performing team
- PEP development and project execution assurance
- Building capability and capacity

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience delivering major projects and programmes
- Experience includes leading multi-discipline project teams
- Construction management / general contracting experience would be advantageous
- Able to develop and manage a construction schedule/programme
- Data Centre experience would be preferred but it is not essential
- Proven track record in winning work / business development
- Proactive, meticulous, self-motivated and hands-on team-player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential, ability to communicate well with clients and senior management
- Multilingual skills desirable - German/English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
