**Introduction**

Carnival Maritime GmbH is part of Carnival Corporation and serves the brands of AIDA Cruises and Costa Crociere as their marine service unit. The company bundles marine operation competencies and best practices providing the highest safety, health, environmental and compliance standards for cruising. With the aspiration of achieving net carbon-neutral ship operations by 2050, Carnival Maritime has established a new center of excellence with a specific mandate to support the company by defining and executing the decarbonization strategy and its associated multidimensional technological challenges. With its service and innovation, Carnival Maritime enables the vessels of AIDA Cruises and Costa Crociere to meet the current and future needs of the cruise industry.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Coordination and planning of all tasks in relation to all projects of involved departments
- Documentation of project development
- Creation of core documents (budget, overall plan, milestones, contracts, specifications, etc.)
- Coordinating input of stakeholders & involved teams with interface to brands, external partners & SME
- Preparation of presentations Providing minutes of meetings including follow-up and tracking of project table

**Your Profile**
- Professional training in Commercial area or Business Administration
- Degree in Commercial area or Business Administration would be desirable
- Professional experience in the area of project administration or planning
- Experience in Maritime area would be of advantage
- Preferably knowledge & experience in MS Project
- High level knowledge in MS office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Coordinating with cross cultural teams in complex organizations
- Strong attention to details and structured way of working
- Business fluent English as well as very good German language skills
