About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Project Coordinator to join our team at Peek & Cloppenburg. As a BIM Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate actively in the planning process throughout all project phases.
  • Implement BIM processes in existing, new, and renovation projects, ensuring seamless integration and coordination.
  • Manage and maintain BIM model contents, project templates, and content libraries, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Create and modify parametric families in accordance with defined guidelines.
  • Support the management of BIM-related software products, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Attend design review, BIM coordination, and clash resolution meetings to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Verify and implement markings in BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with BIM managers, architects, and interior architects, as well as construction and retail experts to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Support project managers in data exchange and the creation of planning documents, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of BIM tools and processes across the company and project levels.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in BIM 3D using multiple software systems (4D and 5D is an asset).
  • Extensive knowledge of BIM platforms, model coordination, and construction processes throughout all phases.
  • Excellent proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, and Enscape is a must-have.
  • Good knowledge of Dynamo, Formit, and Navisworks is a nice-to-have, but not essential – what's more important is your willingness to develop your skills further.
  • A recognized qualification in a relevant software, such as the Autodesk Professional User Certification or equivalent.
  • Excellent proficiency in German and English, both in writing and speaking.
