Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Hamburg. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning all tasks related to projects across various departments. Your duties will include:

  • Documentation of project development
  • Creation of core documents (budget, overall plan, milestones, contracts, specifications, etc.)
  • Coordinating input of stakeholders and involved teams with interface to brands, external partners, and SMEs
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Providing minutes of meetings, including follow-up and tracking of project tables

Your Profile

We are looking for a professional with:

  • Professional training in Commercial area or Business Administration
  • Degree in Commercial area or Business Administration (desirable)
  • Professional experience in project administration or planning
  • Experience in Maritime area (advantageous)
  • Knowledge and experience in MS Project
  • High-level knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Coordinating with cross-cultural teams in complex organizations
  • Strong attention to details and structured way of working
  • Business fluent English and very good German language skills
