**Wie Du Dich bei uns einbringst**:

- Du bist für den nachhaltigen und wirtschaftlichen Ausbau des bundesweiten operativen Geschäfts im Bereich Global Strategic Accounts (GSA) verantwortlich
- Dazu gehören neben dem aktiven Wachstum auch die Umsetzung der internationalen Anforderungen als wesentliche Aufgabe
- Du stellst die Erreichung der Umsatz
- und Gewinnziele, den Kundenerhalt sowie den Ausbau unseres Bestandsgeschäftes in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich sicher
- Darüber hinaus treibst Du die Entwicklung innovativer Konzepte für Produkte und Dienstleistungen zur Differenzierung am Markt in enger Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit unseren globalen Sodexo-Partnern voran
- Auch die Budgeterstellung und -überwachung für den Geschäftsbereich Global Strategic Accounts in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling und den verantwortlichen Key Account Managern gehört dabei zu Deinen Aufgaben
- Neben der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung der Mitarbeitenden in Deinem Geschäftsbereich arbeitest Du eng mit unserer FM- und Food-Plattform als auch unseren operativen Bereichen zusammen
- Die Weiterentwicklung des Teams im Geschäftsbereich Global Strategic Accounts zur Förderung der Unternehmenskultur, der Zusammenarbeit, der Innovation und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung gehört dabei ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben

**Was wir uns von Dir wünschen**:

- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
- Langjähre Berufserfahrung in der operativen und wirtschaftlichen Leitung eines Geschäftsbereiches im Umfeld integriertes Facility Management, idealerweise im Konzernumfeld
- Nachgewiesene Erfolge im Auf
- und Ausbau von erfolgreichen und belastbaren Kundenbeziehungen
- Hervorragende Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen gepaart mit Empathie und hoher Sozialkompetenz
- Ausgeprägte Service-, Dienstleistungs
- und Kundenorientierung verbunden mit Verhandlungsgeschick und betriebswirtschaftlichem Scharfsinn
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung, Förderung und stetigen Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
- Darüber hinaus sprichst Du verhandlungssicher Deutsch und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
