Du gibst alles, damit der Besuch in unserem Haus für unsere Gäste zum unvergesslichen Erlebnis wird - bis hin zum Check-out.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen **Guest Experience Expert (m/w/d)** in Vollzeit.‘

**So sieht Dein Tag aus**:

- Check-In und Check-Out der Gäste
- Serviceorientierte und persönliche Betreuung aller Gäste
- Reagieren auf Fragen und Anliegen unserer Gäste
- Kassenverantwortung inklusive Überprüfung der Zahlungsgarantien und der Rechnungslegung

**Das wünschen wir uns von Dir**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie und idealerweise schon Berufserfahrung am Front Office
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
- Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Auftreten
- Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
