Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir dich als HR Business Partner:in (w/m/d) für einen Einsatz bei der DB am Standort Ingolstadt.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Beratung und Begleitung der Führungskräfte in allen Belangen der Wertschöpfungskette Personal
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von HR-Prozessen und -Instrumenten sowie bei der ordnungsgemäßen Anwendung der arbeits-, tarif-, sozial-, betriebsverfassungs
- und beamtenrechtlichen Bestimmungen im Verantwortungsbereich
- Mitwirkung bei der Personalplanung und Beschaffung von Mitarbeitenden sowie bei der Umsetzung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Zielgerichtete Nutzung der Instrumente für Personalentwicklung und -betreuung
- Begleitung von Veränderungsmaßnahmen im Verantwortungsbereich
- Unterstützung und Begleitung von Maßnahmen im Gesundheitsmanagement
- Partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit den Interessensvertretungen unter Einbindung gesetzlicher und tariflicher Regelungen

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder gleichwertige Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten bzw. vergleichbare langjährige Berufserfahrung mit Zusatzqualifikation im Personalbereich
- Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Tarif-, Sozial
- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen, People Soft ist wünschenswert
- Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit Stakeholder:innen
- Dich zeichnen ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine zielorientierte, proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus
- Sehr gute Beratungs
- und Verhandlungskompetenz sowie situationsgerechte Kommunikation runden dein Profil ab
