**Retail Team Lead (w/m/d)**:
Du bist ein Verkaufstalent und motivierst und begeistert Dein Team und die Kund:innen gleichermaßen? Dann bist Du unser perfect Match

**Deine Rolle**:

- **Leadership und Entwicklung**: Als Junior Floor Manager übernimmst Du sukzessive mehr Verantwortung. Zusammen mit dem Floor Manager bist Du Ansprechpartner:in für Dein 9-köpfiges Team, motivierst es täglich und unterstützt bei der Förderung der persönlichen und beruflichen Entwicklung
- **Kundenerlebnis & Kundenbindung**:Auf Deiner Verkaufsfläche von ca. 1.600 qm bist Du präsent und inspirierst unsere Kund:innen mit Deiner Begeisterung für Mode und Deinen außergewöhnlichen Beratungsqualitäten
- **Leidenschaft für Mode und Menschen**: Im Bereich Modern Trend / Excquisit fühlst Du Dich zu Hause oder hast Lust, tiefer in diese Welt einzutauchen
- **Verkaufszahlen & Umsatzsteigerung**:Du arbeitest datengetrieben, analysierst Deine Kennzahlen und leitest relevante Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- **Markttrends**: Dein Herz schlägt für die Mode, Du hast die neuesten Trends im Blick und bringst Dein têxtiles Know-How zum Einsatz
- **Kreativität im Blut**: Mit Deinem Blick fürs Detail bringst Du Deine Ideen sowie Dein unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln auch im Visual Merchandising ein

**Das bist Du**:

- Leidenschaft für Mode und Menschen im Fashion Retail
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Einzelhandel
- Erste Führungserfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Zahlenaffinität und Verbindung von têxtilem Fachwissen mit aktuellen Trends, Stil und Geschmack
- Zuverlässigkeit und Wertschätzung seitens Kund:innen und Kollegium
