**Werde Teil unserer Mission, werde Teil von Doctolib**:
Doctolib sucht eine:n Head of Healthcare Institutions & Advocacy für Deutschland, der/die uns dabei unterstützt, unser Wissen über das lokale Gesundheitssystem zu erweitern und unsere Beziehungen zu den wichtigsten Stakeholdern im deutschen Gesundheitswesen zu stärken.

Du wirst direkt an unseren Chief Medical Officer berichten und ein wichtiges Mitglied unserer lokalen Organisation sein.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Definition unserer Partnerschaftsstrategie mit allen wichtigen Akteuren des Gesundheitswesens in Deutschland (Ärzteverbände, KV, GKV...)
- Konsolidierung eines starken und institutionellen Netzwerks im deutschen Gesundheitswesen und Zusammenarbeit mit diesen Akteuren, um (i) das Wachstum von Doctolib zu beschleunigen und (ii) neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten für Doctolib zu schaffen.
- Vorbereitung und Umsetzung institutioneller Kommunikationspläne zur Unterstützung unseres Wachstums in Deutschland
- Management unserer Initiativen für medizinische Gremien und für legislative und regulatorische Informationen auf nationaler und regionaler Ebene
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem MD Deutschland und unseren Produkt
- und Strategieteams, um die Gesundheitsversorgung in Deutschland zu verändern.

Um Teil unseres Teams zu werden, bringst du Folgendes mit:

- Du verfügst über mindestens acht Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Gesundheitswesen gesammelt und verfügst über ein weitreichendes Netzwerk in Deutschland zu den wichtigsten Entscheidungsträgern im Gesundheitswesen (Gesundheitsministerium, Sozialversicherungen, Ärzteverbände, Pharmaunternehmen etc.)
- Du verfügst über umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Inhalten und der Durchführung von Kampagnen in einem stark frequentierten Umfeld.
- Du bist erfahren in der Führung von Teams und im Management mehrerer Stakeholder
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und fließend Englisch
