**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**
As an Accounts Payable Area Operations Leader, EMEA & APAC, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- _ Leading and managing area AP and BPO operations_
- _ Leveraging AP end to end process knowledge to deliver operational excellence_
- _ Continuously monitoring day-to-day operations, metrics and SLA’s to ensure processes are in control and on-time and accurate payments are executed to vendors and suppliers_
- _ Strong focus on compliance, controls, governance, and adherence to financial and legal requirements_
- _ Collaborating with stakeholders in Sourcing, Finance, Business Transformation and the BPO partner, to ensure AP process excellence_
- _ Representing the AP function in internal and external reviews, meetings and workshops_
- _ Active participation in ERP deployment activities to support transformation and ensure readiness of the AP process and team_
- _ Identifying and lead projects and process improvement initiatives that will deliver value to the company_
- _ Serving as a back-up for Global AP Leader and other AP process leaders as required_
**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Proven finance experience, particular in Accounts Payable operations
- Leading and managing a team
- Collaborating and working with BPO / Shared Service organizations
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- AP process and operations knowledge and experience in SAP
- End to end Source to Pay process understanding
- Ability to lead and influence teams
- Fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
