Solventum, a pioneering force in healthcare innovation, seeks an exceptional EMEA Area Assistant Controller to join our finance leadership team. As a key contact for stakeholders across the region and globally, you will play a vital role in shaping our financial strategy and driving growth.

With a strong background in finance organizations and a deep understanding of business unit processes, you will lead special projects that impact the EMEA area, including initiatives to improve financial efficiency and reduce waste. Your expertise will also be invaluable in providing training to finance team members and serving as a backup for other Regional Controllers during periods of high workload or absence.

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Travel may include up to 10% international. To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's Degree or higher, accompanied by substantial experience in finance organizations, leadership experience managing senior-level teams, and knowledge of SAP environment and Power BI reporting. Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in any additional EMEA language is highly valued.
