Your mission

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated CRO who’s ready to join a fast-growing team, to help scale the Revenue function and to be part of the Leadership Team. You will report directly to the CEO, and you will be at the center of our daily revenue strategy and decisions. This includes:

- Define and develop a sales strategy and build the needed infrastructure to execute and achieve the specified KPI targets
- Develop and control the implementation of strategic growth plans to achieve sales targets as well as to expand our customer base
- Further support in developing the product portfolio and refining the business model to achieve key revenue and growth targets
- Build and grow an interdisciplinary sales, marketing & customer success team
- Continuously review new growth opportunities and drive the development and maintenance of strong and long-term client relationships
- Control and management of the entire sales cycle as well as the development of new sales channels
- Lead, define and execute go-to-market strategies for the DACH region as well as additional European markets for international expansion
- Implement detailed analyses of sales-relevant processes as well as sustainable performance management, to define successes and development potential
- Advise operational business units on sales strategy development and be a sparring partner for sales management and operational unit leaders

**Profile**:

- You have a Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business administration, economics, law, etc.)
- You have several years of relevant sales experience in a management/executive position, preferably within the software industry
- You are experienced in developing and successfully implementing a (cross-country) go-to-market strategy for a SaaS product platform
- You have a Sales Playbook from Marketing/Pre-Sales to Customer Success incl. processes and KPIs
- You are responsible for the Track record in high-growth environment, scale-up experience and building a great team
- You have a deep understanding of sales and marketing as well as product management and pricing
- You have excellent communication/negotiation and customer relationship skills
- You are responsible for the Track record in organizational and cultural development
- You have an entrepreneurial DNA, low-ego and hands-on personality
- Your excellent team building skills fostering a high impact, result-oriented, diverse and enjoyable working environment
- You have fluent written and spoken German and English
