**Cherry Ventures is supporting their portfolio with this hire.**
We are seeking a talented CRO to join one of our portfolio (SaaS based) companies.
This appointment is being made to support their growth and to work closely with the Board, Executive Team, and investors to realize this companies potential.
You (CRO) will be expected to scale the business into its next phase of growth. We are looking for a seasoned **sales leader** coming from a tech-enabled start-up environment with experience in best-in-class B2B or SaaS organizations.
You will help with building out the team, including attracting and retaining talent, building relationships and driving negotiations to scale across different channels, and reinforcing the customer value proposition through marketing and brand building.
You will be responsible for expanding this companies B2B business and will feel comfortable driving the business toward the 40m EUR+ mark in the next 2-3 years with the ambition to reach unicorn status.
**About you**
To be effective in this role, you will have the following key pivotal experiences and expertise:
- Mid-Market Sales Leadership - Demonstrated experience working across highly complex, global businesses. You will have managed enterprise, strategic-account focused sales organizations with P&L responsibility.
- Understands the hyper-growth environment
- Growth Transformation - Experience leading an organization through rapid growth and scale, developing processes and strategies to move a
business upstream and enable successful penetration into new, global markets.
- Modern SaaS - Experience within a modern, cloud-native software business with significant hands-on leadership of recurring revenue business models.
- Complexity on Go-to-Market - Leading a complex direct, inside and channel sales organization for a multi-product, cloud suite of solutions.
Experience leading sales for disruptive companies, creating and successfully executing against an action-oriented strategy.
- Team Builder - Be a true builder that can recognize signals and turn them into execution at scale. Grow the team without compromising the bar for competency and culture fit, where people feel valued, are productive, and love their jobs. Be fluid and adaptive in creating processes.
