Die "Net Zero"-Herausforderung führt zu einem grundlegenden Wandel bei der Energieerzeugung und dem Energieverbrauch. Bis 2030 wird ein siebenfacher Anstieg der DER-Installationen prognostiziert. Diese bahnbrechende Transformation des Energiesektors, gekennzeichnet durch einen bidirektionalen Stromfluss aus intermittierenden erneuerbaren Energiequellen und neuen Verbrauchsmustern, führt zu einer enormen Komplexität. Hier kommen wir ins Spiel.

**Umfang der Position**

Sie entwickeln und erstellen in der Vertriebs
- und Angebotsphase wettbewerbsfähige technische Lösungskonzepte für komplexe Anforderungen an netzleittechnische Anlagen von Kunden aus der ganzen Welt in den Bereichen Energietransport, -verteilung und -erzeugung.

**Aufgaben und Verantwortung**
- Dazu analysieren Sie die Kundenbedürfnisse, bewerten die Anforderungen und entwickeln ein technisches Lösungskonzept.
- Darüber hinaus setzen Sie auf standardisierte und erprobte Lösungskonzepte unter Einsatz netzleittechnischer Produkte und Dienstleistungen aus dem Hause Siemens und kombinieren diese mit Produkten und Dienstleistungen von Partnern und Zulieferern.
- Die von Ihnen im Rahmen der Geschäftsstrategie erstellten Lösungskonzepte sichern ein wettbewerbsfähiges, profitables und wachstumsorientiertes Geschäft.
- Bei der Lösungserstellung arbeiten sie eng mit Fachexperten, Vertriebsexperten, Einkauf und Produktmanagern aus dem Hause Siemens sowie mit externen Partnern und Zulieferern zusammen.
- Sie erstellen Kosten
- und Preisschätzungen unter Berücksichtigung der finanziellen Ziele des Unternehmens.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebsexperten vertreten Sie Siemens international in der Angebots
- und Verhandlungsphase bei Kundengesprächen.

**Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen**
- Die Basis Ihres Erfolgs ist ein Ingenieurhochschulstudium einer relevanten Fachrichtung (Elektro-, Automatisierungs-, Energietechnik oder Ingenieurinformatik).
- Darüber hinaus besitzen Sie langjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption und im Einsatz von leittechnischen Systemen im Umfeld der Energieübertragung, -verteilung und -erzeugung (vorzugsweise mit dem Portfolio der Digital Grid).
- Zusätzlich kennen Sie die Aufgaben und Herausforderungen von Energieversorgern in der Energiewende und die wichtige Rolle der Leittechnik und Automatisierung bei der Energieübertragung, -verteilung und -erzeugung.
- Außerdem blicken Sie auf mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Konzeption, Vertrieb oder Abwicklung von netzleittechnischen Systemen zurück. Insbesondere sind Sie vertraut mit SCADA, Transmission Management Applikationen, Advanced Distribution Management Applikationen, Distributed Energy Ressource Management und Cyber Security.
- Sie verfügen über Grundwissen in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Verhandlungs
- sowie Präsentations
- und Vortragstechnik.
- Sie können internationale Teams / virtuelle Teams aus unterschiedlichen Kulturen anleiten und motivieren, da Sie bereits Führungserfahrung gesammelt haben.
- Neben Erfahrung im Bereich Projekt
- und Qualitätsmanagement sowie im „End to End Requirement Management“ bringen Sie die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen mit und verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
