Our client is a prominent enterprise software provider, known for its comprehensive solutions across various customer-facing operations, is headquartered in New York City. With cutting-edge AI technology, this company offers a unified platform for customer experience management (Unified-CXM), enabling businesses to deliver personalized experiences across diverse modern communication channels.

Their clientele includes over 1,000 esteemed enterprises globally, encompassing renowned brands such as those in the technology, consumer goods, and electronics sectors.

They are currently on the lookout for an experienced **Lead** **Solutions Architect** to join their vibrant teams in Germany (Munich or Hamburg office*).

Solutions Architects in their company are seasoned technologists with enterprise SaaS experience across a portfolio of business technologies, including CCaaS, CRM, service, commerce, and marketing automation. They excel at selling the value of the company platform and integrating it with a customer's existing software ecosystem to enhance the customer journey.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support the complete pre-sales cycle from discovering customer requirements to solutioning, presenting, and scoping.
- Act as a key contact in creating, presenting, demonstrating, and maintaining content specific to sales efforts and partnerships.
- Participate in meetings with sales teams and strategic alliances to demonstrate social media products and services.
- Engage in integration and API discussions to extend core offering into enterprise-wide solutions.
- Conduct integration workshops with customers, prospects, and partners, demonstrating capabilities based on their requirements.
- Assist sales and alliances teams in responding to RFI’s and RFPs from major clients.
- Collaborate with the product team to influence the roadmap based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate and manage customer and partnership communications regarding implementation, performance, analytics, and other features of our software.
- Travel frequently and participate in customer-facing meetings and industry events.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a sales engineering, pre-sales, sales consultant, or solution architect role at a software company.
- Customer-focused with the ability to listen, gather requirements, build solutions, and present them at both technical and business value levels.
- Deep understanding of both the technical aspects of platform integration and the business acumen to articulate its importance.
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills in both German and English.
- Experience in social media technology preferred but not required.
